How do I install the Chrome Extension?
You can install the Base Career Companion directly from the Chrome Web Store. Once installed, pin it to your browser toolbar for easy access on any job board.
My generated resume isn't downloading. What should I do?
First, ensure allow pop-ups for app.basecareer.co. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or checking your "Downloads" folder. You can always view your past resumes in the Dashboard under the "Resumes" tab.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard. Go to Settings > Billing and select "Cancel Subscription". You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
